ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

OUR SERVICES

Ainmo Limited provides trade intermediation services including supplier identification, manufacturing capability assessment, market research, business introductions, and partnership facilitation.

We do not manufacture goods, act as buying/selling agents, or guarantee specific business outcomes.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond promptly to communications
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Conduct business ethically

FEES AND PAYMENT

Service fees are determined based on engagement scope and complexity. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All fees are exclusive of taxes.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary business information, manufacturing specifications, and commercial terms shared during service delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, methodologies, and materials remain the property of Ainmo Limited. You retain ownership of your proprietary information provided to us.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ainmo's liability shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate service agreements per agreement terms. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due and confidentiality obligations continue.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and if necessary, arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with HKIAC Rules.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
